OctoSource Ltd. believes in digital equality and strives to make its website, content, and tools accessible to as many users as possible, including individuals with disabilities.

Our goal is to create an experience that is inclusive, clear, and aligned with the principles of equal opportunity, respect, and usability.

Among the measures we implement:

  • Compliance: The website aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.
  • Skip Link: A "Skip to Main Content" link for keyboard users to bypass repetitive navigation.
  • Cookie Banner: Fully accessible Cookie Consent Banner with a focus-trap mechanism.
  • Forms: Advanced form accessibility: every input is programmatically linked to a label and uses ARIA attributes for real-time error announcements.
  • Contrast: Enhanced color contrast (minimum 4.5:1 ratio) for all small/normal text elements.

The website includes an accessibility plugin (third-party tool) that enables further customization, such as:

  • High-contrast modes;
  • Enlarged text;
  • Highlighting links and focus areas;
  • Reducing or freezing animations;
  • Additional adjustments for cognitive accessibility.

As this is a third-party component, some functionalities may occasionally be unavailable or behave unexpectedly. Such issues are generally beyond the Company’s direct control.

Despite our best efforts, some areas of the website may not yet be fully accessible:

  • Embedded third-party widgets (maps, videos, calendars, job boards);
  • Content and documents provided by external providers;
  • Legacy PDFs or presentations not originally created with accessibility in mind;
  • New or frequently updated sections where accessibility is still being adjusted.

We actively review and remediate these issues over time.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We periodically:

  • Conduct technical accessibility audits;
  • Perform manual testing with assistive technologies where feasible;
  • Implement recommendations from experts and user feedback;
  • Train staff on creating accessible content and interfaces.
