BI Developer

Join a Growing BI Department! We are looking for a BI Developer to design and deliver models through our Analytics Platform in Israel. In this role, you will work across the organization to enable data-driven decision-making and promote strategic planning.

What you’ll do:

• Data Modeling: Design and develop data models with efficient extracts from multiple sources at very high refresh rates.
• KPI & Infrastructure: Work with various teams to define key metrics (KPIs) and assist with data-related technical issues and infrastructure performance.
• ETL Processes: Create new ETL processes and optimize existing ones to ensure high-quality data flow.
• Innovation in Visualization: Create smart and effective visualization methods, promoting their engagement and implementation across the company.
• Data Assembly: Assemble large, complex data sets from varied sources to meet specific business requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–4 years of experience as a BI Developer or Data Engineer.
• Education: BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or a relevant degree.
• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of SQL and Data structure.
• Data Manipulation: Experience in processing and extracting value from large, disconnected datasets.
• ETL Knowledge: Solid knowledge of various ETL techniques and frameworks.
• Visualization: Hands-on experience with visualization tools.
