About the role
The Opportunity: We are looking for an exceptional Head of ASO to lead one of our most strategic and fastest-growing departments. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute holistic growth plans for mobile applications with millions of users. Your team will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building and executing robust ASO strategies, and delivering high-impact results to our strategic clients.

We specialize in data-driven strategy and full-funnel organic growth, specifically across ASO, SEO, and AEO.
What You’ll Do:
- Team Leadership: Lead, nurture, and develop our professional ASO team.
- Strategy Development: Develop App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to ensure apps rank at the top of search results across all relevant app stores.
- Conversion Optimization: Optimize conversion rates (CRO) for app download pages by utilizing various visual content tools.
- Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor and track app store rankings using the latest analytical tracking tools.
- Research: Perform keyword research in multiple languages to capture global market share.
- Account Management: Manage high-level client relationships for strategic ASO accounts.
- Business Development: Prepare for and participate in strategic RFPs (Requests for Proposal) for new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in ASO, SEO, or Mobile Marketing - Mandatory.
- Technical Expertise: * In-depth understanding of keyword research methodologies.
- Proven knowledge of mobile platforms and current mobile technologies.
- Excellent understanding of various app stores and their specific submission/ranking processes.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities with high proficiency in Excel.
- Client Management: Proven experience in managing top-tier, strategic client accounts.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a strong command of English is required (Native speaker preferred).
- Education: A relevant academic degree is preferred.
