What you’ll do:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing the company’s core algorithms, serving as the main point of contact for this domain.
- Design & Development: Design and implement a variety of algorithms in the fields of Localization, RF, Signal Processing, and Machine Learning.
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead algorithmic activities from feature development through to integration.
- Research: Conduct research for new innovative solutions and technologies.
- Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with SW, HW, QA, and other teams to coordinate algorithmic development.
- Focal Point: Serve as the professional focal point for all aspects related to algorithms and signal processing within the organization.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Signal Processing algorithms development - Must.
- Tools: Experience and proficiency with using MATLAB for algorithm development, modeling, and simulation.
- Coding: Strong programming skills (specifically C and Python).
- Analytical Skills: Strong statistical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Soft Skills: Self-motivated, independent, innovative, and a strong team player capable of learning new technologies quickly.
