About the Role We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of advanced BI solutions. You will work extensively with databases to build dynamic reports and interactive dashboards using Qlik Sense, playing a key role in driving data-driven decisions, with a primary focus on the Human Resources (HR) domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced BI solutions and interactive dashboards utilizing Qlik Sense.
- Analyze complex business processes and translate business requirements into detailed technical specification documents.
- Work closely with relational databases, write efficient SQL queries, and manage data extraction and transformation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders while independently managing and executing your own projects.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field (Mandatory).
- Experience: 2+ years of proven, hands-on experience working with Qlik Sense (Mandatory).
