Card Issuing Technical Analyst

Join a Leading Payment Systems Company! A dynamic organization is looking for an experienced Card Issuing Technical Analyst to join their Digital, Information & Technology Department in Nicosia. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong team player with excellent analytical skills to work exclusively on the Issuing Card Management System in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

In this role, you will be responsible for the evaluation, design, implementation, and ongoing support of Card Management Applications.

Lead & Analyze: Act as the subject matter expert for the Issuing Card Management System , analyzing business and technical requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

• Technical Execution: Perform software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
• Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive end-to-end test cases and execute testing at data, interface, and application levels.
• Support & Operations: Provide support to users , conduct root cause analysis for errors , and perform technical and operational training.
• Project Management: Drive project delivery from inception through deployment and post-production , while liaising with software vendors for new functionalities.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or relevant subjects.

  Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position and industry.

  Industry Knowledge: Experience in Payment Cards and/or Card Issuing systems is a strict requirement.
  Technical Skills: Good knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL is required.

  Testing: Strong understanding of testing concepts, methodologies , and hands-on experience in all phases of test execution.

  Languages: Excellent spoken and written Greek and English communication skills.

  Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving skills , and the ability to multitask effectively.
