About the role

Join a Global Cyber Security Leader! We are looking for an experienced Chief Information Security Officer to lead our security strategy and team in Israel.

In this high-impact role, you will hold full responsibility for the development and leadership of the company’s security plans, ensuring the highest level of protection across all business operations.

What you’ll do:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Develop, lead, and take full responsibility for the company's security plan, processes, and procedures.
  • Team Management: Directly manage and lead the internal security team.
  • Security Operations: Implement, maintain, and monitor the security portfolio, controls, and procedures.
  • Compliance: Validate ongoing compliance with internal policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR).
  • Risk Assessment: Own and execute security, risk, and vulnerability assessments of products, infrastructure, cloud environments, and applications.
  • Awareness & Training: Train and develop security awareness and best practices across the entire organization.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in the security space is required.
  • Certification: Must hold at least one of the following certifications: CISM, CISA, CRISC, or CISO.
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience operating security products such as Firewalls, NAC, Filtering, EDR, and WAF.
  • Standards: Deep knowledge of security standards and best practices, including SOC2, ISO27001, and GDPR.
  • Communication: Strong and fluent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

Advantages:

  • Academic degree (BSc) in Computer Science.
  • CISSP certification.
