Position Summary
Lead all data analysis initiatives while elevating the company’s core product strategy, accuracy, and innovation.
In this role, you will manage a team of experienced data analysts and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Engineering leadership, CTO, DevOps, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, supporting professional growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with development and product teams to drive strategy, innovation, and continuous product improvement
- Oversee customer data analysis to support data-driven decisions and deepen understanding of unmanaged and unknown attack surfaces
- Lead the exploration of new data sources and evaluation methodologies, including ML and AI techniques
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accurate interpretation across all analytical initiatives
- Serve as part of the R&D leadership team, reporting directly to the VP of R&D
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- BSc/BA in a relevant field (MSc/MA preferred)
- Proven experience leading analytical teams and complex projects
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Expert-level proficiency with multiple data analysis tools
- Strong technical skills in data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), and/or statistical software (e.g., R)
- Experience developing predictive models and machine learning algorithms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry – advantage
- Background in network or web technologies – advantage
