About the role

Join our growing Engineering team! We are looking for a talented and motivated DevOps Engineer with 3+ years of experience to help us scale our infrastructure and streamline our delivery processes. You will play a key role in building resilient, automated systems and ensuring our cloud environments are secure, scalable, and efficient.

What You’ll Do:

  • CI/CD Automation: Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery from development to production.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Manage and scale our cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Containerization: Orchestrate and manage containerized applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Monitoring & Observability: Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with R&D teams to improve developer productivity and foster a "DevOps culture" across the organization.
  • Security: Implement security best practices (DevSecOps) within the pipeline and cloud environments.

    Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in a production environment.
  • Cloud Platforms: Strong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Containerization: Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, or self-managed).
  • Infrastructure as Code: Proven experience with Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
  • CI/CD Tools: Proficiency with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
  • Scripting: Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go for automation tasks.
  • Linux: Deep understanding of Linux administration and networking fundamentals.

  • Advantages:

  • Experience with Serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, etc.).
  • Knowledge of monitoring stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
  • Background in Cyber Security or compliance (SOC2, ISO).
  • Experience with Service Mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
