We are looking for a technical leader to guide a talented squad of developers while remaining hands-on with code. What you’ll do:

In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team of 4-6 developers, balancing technical leadership with people management (approx. 60% hands-on coding / 40% management).

  • Lead & Mentor: Manage the team's professional growth, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of high standards and best practices.
  • Architecture & Code: Design scalable architectures and write high-quality, clean code (Frontend & Backend).
  • Delivery: Lead the sprint planning and delivery process, ensuring features are shipped on time and with high quality.
  • Hiring: Play a key role in recruiting and onboarding new team members to grow your squad.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in Software Development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Team Lead / Tech Lead).
  • Tech Stack: Deep expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React/Vue on the frontend and Node.js/NestJS on the backend). [Note: You can swap this with Java/Python/Go based on your needs].
  • Cloud & DevOps: Solid experience with Cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Language: Fluent English (written and verbal) is a strict requirement.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and drive technical decision-making.
