A Hardware Engineer (Board Design) designs and develops electronic boards from concept through production, performs schematic capture, supervises PCB layout, and supports NPI and mass production.

This is an opportunity to join a multidisciplinary development team, work on complex physical products, and take part in the full product lifecycle – from the initial concept and design stage to mass production.
What you’ll do:
In this role, you will lead the design and development of the company’s electronic boards.
- End-to-End Design: Take ownership of Board Design from concept, through component selection, to final production.
- Schematics & Layout: Perform schematic capture and closely supervise the PCB layout process, considering Signal Integrity and Power Integrity constraints.
- High-Speed Design: Design complex and high-speed interfaces (such as PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, USB).
- Hands-on Lab Work: Work in the laboratory performing board bring-up, hardware debugging, and integration with Software and Mechanics teams.
- Production Support: Prepare production files and support NPI (New Product Introduction) and mass production processes.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university - Must.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Hardware Development (Board Design) - Must.
- Proven experience in designing Digital and Analog circuits (Mixed Signal).
- Proficiency in EDA tools for circuit design (e.g., Orcad, Allegro, Altium).
- Hands-on experience with advanced laboratory equipment (Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, Logic Analyzer).
- High level of English (reading and writing technical specifications).
