• Lead Strategy: Act as the senior expert for offensive security technology, operations, and performance.
• Drive Innovation: Take the initiative in thought leadership, creativity, and service innovation.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up to date with new trends, vulnerabilities, and best practices in the offensive security landscape.
• Collaborate: Work closely with Sales and Project Management teams to define, scope, and deliver new services and solutions to clients.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as an Offensive Team Manager – Must.
• Education: B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar relevant field – Must.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Offensive and Defensive Cyber Security regarding Web Systems Architecture, IT Infrastructure, and Mobile Platforms – Must.
• Advanced Skills: Experience in Incident Response (IR), Exploit Development, Malware Analysis, and Forensics.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
