This is an excellent opportunity for a strong team player with analytical skills to manage critical technical integrations between third-party systems and payment terminals.
What you’ll do:
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with vendors regarding Electronic Cash Register (ECR) implementations and ensuring seamless integration with POS terminals.
Technical Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to understand requirements and provide technical support during implementation and testing cycles.
Protocol Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of ECR protocols and prepare technical requirements for vendors.
Quality Assurance: Conduct QA and regression testing to identify technical issues and ensure updates do not affect the solution.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and communication issues between Cash Registers and POS terminals.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of TCP/IP communication protocols and API technology.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Languages: Excellent spoken and written Greek and English communication skills.
