Join a Leading Payment Services Provider! A dynamic organization in Nicosia is seeking a Technical Analyst to join their IT Business Applications & Strategy Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong team player with excellent analytical skills to ensure compliance and drive technical innovation in the payment industry.
What you’ll do:
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing payment scheme bulletins (from VISA & MasterCard) and ensuring ongoing card scheme compliance on the platform.
Compliance & Analysis: Review Payment Scheme bulletins, classify them (E-Commerce, F2F, Authorization, Clearing), and translate requirements into technical solution documents.
Vendor Coordination: Prepare technical requirements for vendors and coordinate with payment schemes for clarifications to finalize solutions.
Project Management: Manage projects relating to the card payment switch from a technology perspective, including requirement gathering, implementation, testing, production deployment, and post-production support.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand required technical changes and manage multiple requests under pressure.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of card payment cycles (authorization, clearing, settlement).
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, specifically with Payment Schemes monthly releases for enhancements and compliance.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to multitasking and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Languages: Excellent spoken and written Greek and English communication skills.
