About the role

Join a Proactive IT Operations Team! We are looking for an organized and passionate professional to manage our entire IT environment, from infrastructure to application and service levels.

The team functions as Tier 1.5 support, focusing on proactive monitoring, creative problem-solving, and resolving issues before escalation to minimize system downtime.

What you’ll do:

  • Monitoring & Stability: Operate monitoring systems to ensure the stability of various technical environments.
  • Event Life Cycle Management: Track each event from start to finish, notify relevant stakeholders, and update related incidents accordingly.
  • Tier 1.5 Support: Perform hands-on operations to resolve incidents as quickly as possible before they require escalation.
  • Knowledge Management: Assist in developing event knowledge management by documenting useful information about encountered incidents.
  • Prioritization: Assess and prioritize faults to ensure timely responses or escalations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working within a NOC team.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL, Networking, and Linux & Windows servers.
  • Communication: Strong English skills (reading, writing, and speaking) with great interpersonal communication.
  • Availability: Ability to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week (including Morning: 07:30 -15:30 and Evening: 15:30 - 23:30), plus one monthly night shift (23:30 - 07:30).
  • Traits: Highly organized, able to work under pressure, and a passion for hands-on troubleshooting and security.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):

  • Monitoring Tools: Basic knowledge of NewRelic, DataDog, PagerDuty, or SolarWinds.
  • Systems: Experience with ticketing systems and ELK.
  • Security: Experience working in a SOC environment.
