About the role
Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven, strategic, and highly analytical PPC Specialist to join our global performance team. In this role, you will manage large-scale, multi-market campaigns across various platforms, focusing on driving measurable growth and high ROI for international Tier-1 clients.
Professional Requirements
- Experience: 3 - 5+ years of hands-on experience in PPC/Performance Marketing, preferably within a global agency environment.
- Budget Management: Proven track record of managing monthly budgets of $100k+ across multiple regions (US, EMEA, APAC).
- Platform Mastery:
- Google Ads: Expertise in Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max (PMAX).
- Social Ads: Deep knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads (for B2B), and TikTok Ads.
- Microsoft Advertising: Experience with Bing/Yahoo search networks is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to build a full-funnel marketing strategy, from brand awareness to conversion and retention.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Measurement & Tracking: Advanced proficiency in GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Data Visualization: Ability to build and maintain automated dashboards using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- AI & Automation: Experience leveraging AI tools for ad copy generation, creative testing, and predictive bidding strategies.
- CRO & A/B Testing: Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization and experience running structured split tests for landing pages and ad assets.
- Excel/Google Sheets: Expert level (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Query functions) for deep data analysis.
Soft Skills & Communication
- English Proficiency: Native or near-native level (written and verbal). You must be comfortable presenting complex data to C-level stakeholders in English.
- Client Management: Experience working directly with clients, managing expectations, and providing proactive strategic recommendations.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay ahead of the ever-changing privacy regulations (Cookie-less tracking, First-party data).
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)
- Certifications: Google Ads Search/Display, Meta Blueprint, or GA4 Individual Qualification.
- Experience with Amazon Advertising or other Retail Media networks.
- Knowledge of SQL or basic Python for marketing automation.
- Experience with multi-touch attribution (MTA) models.
