Your Responsibilities
As the Red Team Lead, you will be the technical and professional heart of the offensive security department.
- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of technical experts, overseeing their professional development and recruitment.
- Engagement Delivery: Deliver high-quality penetration testing and complex red-team engagements.
- Innovation: Develop exploit code and novel attacks to simulate real-world threats.
- Strategic Support: Aid in the development of the team's methodology and technical capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience as a Red-Team Team Leader OR at least 2 years of experience as a Red-Team Expert - Must.
- Domain Knowledge: In-depth offensive and defensive cyber knowledge regarding web systems architecture, IT infrastructure, and mobile platforms - Must.
- Technical Proficiency: * Strong Wireless, Network, and TCP/IP skills.
- Proficiency with Unix command line, Bash scripting, and/or Python coding.
- Advanced command-line skills in Windows and/or Linux environments.
- Adversarial Expertise: Deep knowledge of adversarial activities in cyberspace with a thorough understanding of intrusion set Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

- Certifications: OSWE, OSEE, CRTE, or equivalent certifications are very strongly preferred.
- Education: BA in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar relevant field is considered an advantage.
