R&D Group Lead

Join a Cybersecurity Leader! A dynamic company in Tel Aviv, near the train station, is seeking an exceptional R&D Group Lead to join their engineering management team. What you’ll do:

In this role, you’ll lead and manage 2 engineering teams (Backend, Frontend, and DevOps), taking full ownership of the business logic layer within the product. You’ll face exciting challenges, including driving architectural decisions and ensuring alignment with the product strategy. You will play a key role in building the organization by mentoring Team Leaders, fostering professional growth, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Security stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

• Significant experience as an R&D Team Leader, ready to step up to manage multiple teams (Group Lead level).
• Strong background in Cybersecurity - Must.
• Solid technical understanding of Python, Kubernetes, and Microservices architecture.
• Experience working with complex, large-scale distributed systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with an ability to inspire and empower teams.
