The Senior Affiliate Account Manager serves as the face of the company and a primary engine of organic growth. Your mission is to build, nurture, and expand a global network of affiliate partners, transforming new connections into long-term, profitable collaborations. This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of people and markets to drive significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunting & Onboarding: Proactively identify and onboard new, high-value affiliates, negotiating deals that create long-term value.

    Relationship Management: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for your portfolio, building trust and loyalty through exceptional support.

    Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze performance data and KPIs to identify trends and implement strategic plans that maximize ROI.

    Internal Collaboration: Act as a bridge between your partners and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in iGaming affiliate management, specifically within the casino industry.

    Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to exceed sales and growth targets while maintaining strategic relationships.

    Communication: Native or near-native fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory.

    Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and create actionable strategies based on KPIs and ROI.
