What you’ll do:

In this role, you’ll lead the backend development of the company’s flagship security products using high-performance Python. You’ll face exciting challenges in the realms of Data and Network Security, designing architecture for new features and serving as a technical focal point. The role involves mentoring developers, leading code reviews, and offers a concrete opportunity to step up and lead an organic development team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Backend development, with deep expertise in Python.
• Proven experience with Microservices architecture and Cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Leadership potential: Experience as a Team Lead OR experience leading complex technical tasks and mentoring junior developers.
• Strong understanding of Databases (SQL & NoSQL).
• Independent worker with a "Can-do" attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
